Welcome to Island Reefs
Aquarium Service
for Nassau and Suffolk County
Thanks for considering our tank
maintenance program for Long Island, New York.
Island Reefs will service
any size tank for both individuals and businesses. Maintenance programs
can be set up weekly, monthly, or bimonthly. Installations can also be
arranged with or without a service contract. For those who want to manage their
own tanks we can teach you how your system should be maintained.
| Island Reefs is
completely owner run and operated. So allow me to introduce
myself. My name is Tom and I have lived on Long Island, New
York my whole life. I have over 20 years experience
maintaining fish tanks. I am proud to be one of the original
members of LIRA (Long Island Reef Association) and I'm still an
active member. Reefs and reef tanks are a real passion of
mine and I've traveled all over the world to SCUBA dive and
experience them in person. Besides reef tanks I have set up
just about any aquatic ecosystem possible including: saltwater
fish only, temperate saltwater, brackish, freshwater community,
African cichlids, South American cichlids and river tanks.

personally every time allows me to get to know your system and
its history, unlike other companies who could send a new
technician each time who has no background on your setup.

of experience, not a new hire making minimum wage.
